Cats & Kittens
Although their problems are more obscure and at times more difficult to analyze, ironically, solutions usually come quickly. |
The most common problems are: |
• Fighting among household cats |
• Biting family members |
• Housebreaking |
• Difficulty at the vet's office |
• Spraying |
• Predation of birds and family pets |
• Fear related problems |

Birds
Certainly one of my favorites, whether they be wild or domesticated. Having a bird that can readily be handled under all circumstances is the key to having a joyous relationship with your feathered pet. |
The most common problems are:
|
• Inability to handle your bird because it bites |
• Self destructive problem where your bird has plucked its feathers out |
• General training |
• Stress related problems |
 |
Horses
A horse's ability to become easily frightened must always be kept foremost in our thoughts. Because of their sheer size they can unintentionally hurt you in a fear filled moment. Safety first. |
The most common problems are:
|
• Fear |
• Aggression |
• Kicking |
• Spooking |
• Trailer loading |
• Biting |

Exotics & other small pets
Your exotics, rabbits, gerbils, etc, can fall through the cracks of behavioral science where the present literature may not be adequate to solve a problem. Our wide ranging comparative studies can lend you a hand. |
