| Milestones in Science at The Center for Animal Behavioral Research |
| After 5 decades of science research and 4 decades of specialization in impossible death row dogs, the Center successfully diagnosed and handled case number 7,000. This tally did not include any dogs rehabilitated in group lessons. These represent private cases where the Director of Research, Jeff Loy, personally travelled to address the problem in the dogs' home setting, covering most of the continental United States, Canada, and several Caribbean countries. The average number of dogs per case: 2.3. Total approximate number of dogs: more than 16,000. |

New Record in Futility |
Eighteen (18) is now the new record for the number of experts consulted, while still failing to resolve the problems. The old record was 12 different authorities (clinics, schools, experts) who failed to solve the problem to the dog owner's satisfaction. This poor, discouraged client had "successfully" (according to the director of the school) completed 18 (eighteen) different 8-week programs at the SAME school (for a total of 144 weeks, almost 3 years of training!) for her dog's aggression toward dogs and other animals. The client was just about to sign up for program number 19 at the same school, when her dog broke through a plate-glass window for the second time, nearly killing itself with severe lacerations.
The fact that this renowned school insisted that she not look for help elsewhere and continue with programs that were clearly ineffectual and counterproductive indicates that the school has a cult mentality with an agenda other than the welfare of animals. Applying good science on the first visit, we were able to walk, not one, but all three of her truculent dogs off-leash, past major distractions, such as other dogs and joggers, etc. DIRECTOR'S NOTE: In 144 weeks, I could have personally trained 144 Seeing Eye Dogs to off-leash reliability for 144 different blind students. Do the math: historically each Seeing Eye instructor would get 12 dogs and 12 weeks in which to train them to completion. |

| Entered 5th decade of scientific research including field research (ethology) and comparative studies of behavior in wild and domesticated species. |
| New high-repetition record established for domesticated animals (horse) before success achieved. Details to follow at a later date. |
| Nation's number 1 behavioral killer of dogs (EIS syndrome) upgraded to EIS disease. After 15 years of data, observation and testing, the cause and effect were clearly established. The initiation of EIS desease, its reversibility and prevention have been proved in multi-species trials. |
| Unified field principles of animal behavior (previously established for other species) proven to apply to domesticated dogs, wolves, coyotes, and varied fox species. Domesticated dogs were (and still are) the last bastion of faulty belief systems to be conquered. |
| Detrimental effects of captivity and hyperstimulating environments on domesticated animals catalogued, demonstrated and proven. |
